Description
Electrostatic precipitators are used to clean process and exhaust gases, for example, in the cement and building materials industry, in steelworks, in conventional power plants, and in waste incineration plants. Particles are electrostatically charged by a discharge electrode to collect these gases. They are sent through a direct-current electrostatic field and are deposited on the electrode.
HIGHVOLT manufactures the high-voltage source required for the filtering process as well as the necessary control unit based on an OEM contract with > Siemens AG.
